SocioTool (sociotool.in) is a free online toolkit for social media creators — offering WhatsApp tools, Instagram bio generators, fancy text generators, and more. We are based in India and serve users globally. Contact: contact@sociotool.in

We want to be crystal clear: SocioTool does not collect, store, or process any personal information. Specifically, we never collect: • Your name, email address, or phone number • Text you type into our tools • Photos you upload (processed only in your browser memory) • Your IP address for tracking purposes • Cookies for advertising or analytics • Any form of device fingerprint Our tools run entirely client-side in your web browser. When you use the WhatsApp Link Generator, the link is built in JavaScript on your device — your phone number never leaves your browser.

The Fancy Text Generator saves your recent text entries to your browser's localStorage. This data: • Exists only on your own device • Is never transmitted to us or any server • Can be cleared at any time using the "Clear history" button in the tool, or by clearing your browser data No other tool uses localStorage or any browser storage.

We may use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate usage patterns (e.g., which pages are most visited). If enabled: • Google Analytics uses anonymised data • We do not enable personalised advertising features • IP addresses are anonymised • You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on We do not use any other analytics, tracking pixels, or third-party tracking scripts.

SocioTool uses the following third-party services that may have their own privacy policies: • Google Fonts — for loading our website fonts (Syne, Plus Jakarta Sans). Google may log font requests. See: fonts.google.com/privacy • Vercel — our hosting provider processes web requests. See: vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy • Google Analytics — aggregate usage statistics (see Section 4) We do not embed social media trackers, advertising networks, or any affiliate tracking.

SocioTool is suitable for all ages and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. Since we collect no personal data at all, this concern is largely moot, but we state it for clarity.

Since we collect no personal data, there is no personal data to secure. Your activity on SocioTool stays on your own device. Our website uses HTTPS (SSL) encryption for all connections, provided by Vercel's infrastructure.

Under GDPR, CCPA, and Indian IT laws, you have rights over your personal data. Since SocioTool collects none, there is nothing for us to provide, delete, or port. If you believe we hold data about you, please contact us at contact@sociotool.in and we will respond within 30 days.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of SocioTool after changes means you accept the updated policy. We will never change this policy to make data collection more invasive without clear notice.
